• Case Management
    • Based on its rich experience over the decades, Iustitia Law Firm has established a set of strict, highly efficient, and practical workflows for handling cases to secure the rights of the parties concerned. Whether a case involves litigation or non-litigation and whether it is straightforward or extremely complicated, the parties concerned are surely interested in knowing the status, points where they may achieve breakthroughs, concrete plans to resolve the issues, and the overall development of their case. Accordingly, our Firm has established a highly comprehensive case information management and tracking system. Our attorneys can keep the cases they are engaged in under effective control. We have demonstrated that our attorneys manage their cases with high efficiency and expert execution, and they keep the clients fully abreast of their cases in terms of the progress of their cases, the difficulties that may be encountered, and future strategic directions.

For all legal matters that we handle—whether litigation, high dollar amounts, high-profile, high future impact or not—Iustitia Law Firm always establishes a best filing and information management system. In every step of a case, all forms, applications, and documents submitted to the court, district prosecutors office, or government agencies or sent to the parties concerned and all receipts for forms submitted, proof of mail delivery, fees paid, meeting minutes, or even reports on phone conversations are kept in the system as files or remarks and comments so as to avoid any confusion or slip of memory over time. In the process of handling litigation cases, we make every effort to keep a written record of all negotiations, agreements, and expressed legal opinions that occurred among our firm, our clients, attorneys for interested parties or parties of events or relevant parties concerned, legal personnel, and legal counsel – on the spot and confirmed at the moment. Failing that, we will write them up after the negotiations, agreements, or meetings in order to show transparency and credibility.

Our Firm has completely computerized the storage of its files and information. Electronic backup copies are accordingly made. In addition to the setup of firewalls to keep out hackers, we maintain a tight and strict operational control over the receipt and sending of electronic mail or files.

Additionally, Iustitia Law Firm absolutely keeps confidential all secrets that it has learned in the course of handling cases. Beyond the protective measures that we take in hardware and software to prevent theft or intrusion of secrets, we also require our attorneys to strictly abide by confidentiality rules and our administrative or paralegal staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements.
