Founded in 1976 by Attorney H. S. Wu, Iustitia Law Firm (formerly Chuang, Lin & Wu International Law Firm) is headquartered in the Dunhua financial district Taipei, Taiwan. The Firm is well known for its litigation and non-litigation services, and it has attracted some of the best minds from various professional fields. Our attorneys-at-law all graduated from renowned universities in Taiwan, and most of them studied abroad. They are knowledgeable and have practical experience. Many of the Firm’s attorneys teach at law schools at top-tier universities or participate in pre-work training programs for attorneys. This Chinese law firm has more than 30 offices throughout China under the same brand. Therefore, the cross-strait legal service platform that Iustitia Law Firm has built covers virtually all of China. If a client needs legal services in China, the client can work through Iustitia Law Firm and get direct, effective, and speedy legal services, sparing the client the agony of finding a suitable law firm and saving them valuable time. Our Attorneys were retained to serve on the arbitration committees at Tianjin and Fuzhou and Zhanjiang Court of International Arbitration. They are intimately familiar with the arbitration laws and procedures in China.
Our Firm has established a cooperative alliance with a well-known patent group in Taiwan to provide such services as patent searches, patented technology transfers, patent transfers, patent invalidation, litigation, and legal consultation. Our attorneys also use “Intellectual Property Valley” in Guangzhou, Guangdong, as a platform to provide comprehensive legal services with regards to intellectual property rights for clients anywhere in the world.
